仿生是一门新兴的、跨学科的科学、工程和设计实践。它研究并效法自然界中无与伦比的经验，创造更可持续的技术、方法、产品和设计。仿生学非常具有启发性，并且有望成为解决地球上人类可持续性问题背后真正原因的少数方法之一。今天，仿生学是设计、商业、工程和生物学领域的先驱，因此对于任何年轻的专业人士来说都是至关重要的。
Biomimicry is a fast-emerging, cross-disciplinary science, engineering and design practice. It studies and emulates lessons from nature’s genius to create more sustainable technologies, methods, products and designs. Biomimicry is incredibly inspiring and promises to be one of the few approaches to resolve the real causes of human sustainability problems on planet Earth. Biomimicry today is pioneering the fields of design, business, engineering and biology and thus crucial for any young professional.
